Well, the first is education. It is a very important role in the conservation of water resources. Educating people about the consequences, why water is important and positive impact on the environment is the best way to start things up.

Another thing that your team can do is help clean up beaches.
Organize the team to the beach face, and even bear to taxpayers and allows everyone to help, come with it. If you live by an ocean, lakes, rivers and streams prime areas to help clean too. The garbage is not good for the environment.

Another way is to engage with larger organizations and presentation for them. An example presentation is when an organization that promotes the conservation of water and take the table for large events (concerts, sports games, and community) and complete picture of the facts on water conservation, archive e-newsletter plates gift box, etc.

Sounds like a great project! Most measures to conserve water, I heard a better habitat for fish and other aquatic species to restore or works of salmon and trout in a river or stream. However, restoration efforts should not lead to a kind of fish or other type of water are limited.
Trout Unlimited is actively involved in projects designed to improve the flow. Find a chapter near you. Have also endangered identified environmental science or biology department of the local University of the species as endangered or in your area and can help to focus their efforts on an important project.
Good luck and thank you for caring for the environment.

Start by partnering with other organizations. In my area we have clubs to clean up the watershed investor an annual flow that has installed sentinel trees and coconut plant to fight the erosion of the river, and my new Herpetological Society, a Sierra Club speaker to invite us over wetlands buffer. All these organizations are doing something else, of course. Your group can have the same thing, after having done well, do associated with older age group, is a good way to start.
